Today, as AI reshapes every industry, I work with boards, CEOs, and investors who know that value, resilience, and growth now depend on getting technology, data, and organizational strategy right.I serve as a Senior Partner at Keystone Strategy, where I lead our Global Technical Investigations Practice, co-head our Strategy & Transformation business, and oversee growth across MENA and South Asia. I’m also the Founder of DIA Advisory, a transformation and governance consultancy built on a simple idea: organizations don’t unlock value from technology until they change how they operate, decide, and execute.Across more than 25 years, I’ve partnered with global enterprises, private equity sponsors, and portfolio-company leadership teams navigating moments of high complexity — from cross-border investigations and regulatory scrutiny, to post-deal integration, to AI-driven transformation efforts that need to move from aspiration to adoption.My work focuses on three areas that define enterprise performance today:Transformation & value creation: helping PE-backed companies and large enterprises modernize data and technology, redesign operating models, improve execution, and accelerate EBITDA impact.
